**Our Penfolds Graduate Program**
Join us as a Commercial Graduate We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.
You will immerse into our commercial teams to deliver on key tasks and assist on projects that will support the execution of our Penfolds business growth plans.
This is an 18-month program with three rotations of 6 months each:
- ANZ Sales
- Commercial Strategy and Planning
- Marketing
During your rotations, you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, whilst forming professional networks to develop your career.
This is a full-time paid program for recent graduates and students graduating in 2025 (and up to two years prior). You will be a permanent employee of TWE, so you will move into a permanent role after the program finishes.
**Eligibility**
- You’ll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2026.
