**What will you be doing?**
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales to large and enterprise-level companies and engaging with C-suite executives and business line owners, with a particular focus on card and alternative payments and value-added services. You play a critical role in achieving our revenue goals, expanding our client base, and establishing Novatti as an industry leader. You will also make contributions to the product roadmap by gathering customer feedback and requests and delivering those to internal teams. These innovative and industry-disrupting solutions are poised to revolutionise the market and create a profound impact on the industry. Importantly, you will focus on all aspects of the sales process from prospecting, through the full discovery stage and ensure a long-standing business partnership where value delivered to the client translates into maximized long-term value for Novatti. In this role you will:
- Target enterprise customers to achieve commercial and innovative outcomes that align with Novatti's sales objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to deepen existing relationships with Novatti merchants, forge new strategic relationships, and sell new offerings to drive revenue growth.
- Represent Novatti in the market at industry events and conferences to expand our brand, increase awareness of our capabilities and products, and generate new business opportunities.
- Facilitate indirect sales by delivering exceptional sales support and enablement to both the sales team and various business units across Novatti.
- Collaborate with the Acquiring team to gather and relay valuable customer feedback, aiming to enhance the overall merchant experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Focus on delivering new innovative and strategic solution sales while also maintaining a strong emphasis on driving existing sales channels.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM system by consistently updating merchant, revenue, and deal stage information.

- You'll bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in Enterprise B2B payments and merchants sales.
- Your track record should demonstrate success in selling complex solutions, value selling, and employing consultative sales techniques.
- Your technical aptitude will enable you to grasp how our solutions effectively solve business problems.
- You have a knack for problem-solving, leveraging data to identify root causes and providing scalable solutions.
- With your in-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and structured sales processes, you'll navigate opportunities effectively.
- Your holistic approach to problem-solving, ability to consider complex interrelationships and outcomes, and exceptional time management skills will set you up for success.
