**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join us as a
**Service Advisor/Warranty Claim Support Officer** at
**WA Hino** in
**Welshpool.** This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for making service bookings, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the Service Department. They will also process all documentation relating to the warranty repairs of vehicles whilst within warranty period. It’s imperative that a professional attitude is maintained at all times and deal with Warranty issues in a timely manner.

**This includes the following**:

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their needs of vehicle service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
- Submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties if Manager requires

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focused with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential. Experience with Warranty work is also desirable but not essential.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Service Advisor experience (desirable but not essential)
- Warranty Claim experience (desirable but not essential)
- ERA experience (desirable but not essential)
- Drive to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with Management
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience within costing in dealerships (desirable but not essential)
