**The Opportunity**:
Join our Welshpool branch as a Field Service Technician (HD Fitter/Mechanic).

As a field service technician you will travel throughout the Perth Metropolitan region, providing exceptional customer service while tackling diverse maintenance, service, and repair challenges for mining, construction, and utility equipment.

From diagnosing complex machine issues to completing repairs, you'll ensure optimal performance for our clients.

This role also encompasses generating technical reports, including service documents, and managing TSI and warranty claims.

Your role will also include a work vehicle + phone + laptop.

- Qualified Fitter or Plant Mechanic
- Experience working with mining, construction and utility equipment
- Field service experience highly regarded
- High standard of safety for yourself and others
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
