**About the role**:
Eagers Automotive (AHG) have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join us as a Service Advisor at WA Hino in Welshpool. This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for making service bookings, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the Service Department.

**This includes the following**:

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their needs of vehicle service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional customer service

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

About you:

You will ideally possess:

- Service Advisor experience (desirable but not essential)
- Drive to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity
- Superb interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
