**Your new company**
The company is a luxury lifestyle lingerie brand and is headquartered globally. The brand has the customers vision at the forefront of all decision making and they foster a real connection with a bigger vision.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for developing and leading the global Customer acquisition and retention strategy, key tasks include:

- Data driven insights and actions - analyse and understand the global customer data and customer buying behaviour. Develop and execute actionable, localised and personalised strategies to acquire new and drive loyalty with existing customers.
- Loyalty - leading the implementation and launch of a global omni-channel loyalty programme.
- Data acquisition - grow the database with quality leads, leading innovative ways to acquire new customers across owned, paid and earned channels.
- Test, learn and report - build an environment of continual improvement through insights, testing, and reporting. Regularly share meaningful insights on campaign and customer performance.
- Champion and lead CRM - lead growth through the introduction of new software, channels, and team members where required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience working in a CRM role within retail.
- Independent and can work as part of a digital marketing team.
- Marketing degree or tertiary qualifications.
- Interest for fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Ambitious and empowering attitude.
