**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead our whole of business Supply Chain strategy for Aircraft sustainment services, including aircraft maintenance and overhaul, as well as, aircrew training and support services
- Provide supply chain thought leadership into our bid strategies for future business
- Collaborate with industrial development and other teams to identify opportunities associated with having a whole of Australia aircraft sustainment supply chain enterprise
- Lead activities to build global supply chain resilience and enhance delivery to our customers
- Lead a team of subcontracts program management professional supporting project execution
- Provide input into Supply Chain Digital Transformation projects, in particular, providing advise on requirements relating to Aeronautical products
- Represent LMA Supply Chain in industry partner collaboration forums, such as, the Combat Systems Integrated Project Team
- Identify, monitor and mitigate supply chain risk
- Develop procurement strategies and agreements that deliver best value and outcomes for business and projects
- Lead strategic supplier relationships

**About you**:

- Substantial experience leading teams
- Extensive experience leading the full procurement/contract lifecycle for complex subcontracts within a project delivery context
- Significant experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Substantial experience delivering Australian Industrial Capability development outcomes
- Knowledge and experience in all facets of supply chain management
