Cambridge English College is an English Language provider to international students. Our programs include General English and various English preparation courses. We are located in Manly NSW. We are currently seeking a Student Services Officer to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.

About the role:
As a Student Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to our diverse range of international students. You will deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- High attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in International Education)
- A high level of initiative and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Past experience using a CRM software
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Bilingual language speaker is highly regarded
- Ability to work flexible hours

Duties / Responsibilities:

- Assist with orientation procedures (welcoming students, creating ID cards, processing forms and hosting orientation sessions as required)
- Data entry, ensuring student profiles are maintained with current information and documentation
- Prepare letters and documents for students (Certificates, Completion Letters, Confirmation of Leave Letters etc.)
- Organise and promote student activities and attend them as required
- Oversee college supplies including student and staff amenities
- Receive student payments, maintain payment registers and assist with following up overdue fees as required
- Monitor student attendance, issue warning letters and organise intervention meetings
- Follow up with students regarding course progress issues

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
