Event Supervisor/ Front of House Manager

- Must be Sydney based. Daily work will be based onsite. This is not a hybrid role.

We are seeking an Event Supervisor(s) / FOH Manager(s) (multiple roles) to ensure the daily running and operation of an immersive experiencebased in the Sydney CBD from mid-September - mid-February.

**About You**:
You are an energetic, vibrant, positive people person and love live experiences.
You will manager a team of FOH/Event staff that love turning up to work every day and are inspired to engage and interact with guests to ensure every attendee feels like they are the most important person in the room.
You will play a vital role in the everyday running of the experience, which will require active engagement with guests, operation of the box office, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the venue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Outstanding customer service skills. You will encourage all staff to engage with guests, assist in taking photos and sharing trivia to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
- Ability to operate box office, assist with ticket purchases, answer enquiries and handle issues as they arise (training will be provided).
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints, escalating to onsite management when necessary.
- Ensure high level of quality control implemented. You will maintain a clean, safe and organised venue and report any maintenance requests to the Event Manager.
- Must have the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods of time and proactively assist across conversing with patrons, queue management, operating the box office on their breaks, assist with ticket purchases, answer enquiries, and resolve any on the ground issues that may arise.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Event Manager.
**Attributes**:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain an active and energetic attitude throughout shifts.
- Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role would be advantageous.
- Proactive, friendly, and team-oriented approach.
- Some problem-solving skills
- At least 6 months work visa with excellent English language skills.
- Working with Children Check (mandatory)

- First Aid training (or willingness to acquire)
