Site Supervisors & Leading Hands

**The roles**:
HL Landscapes are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisors and Leading Hands to join our Sydney Construction Teams

Working alongside the Project Manager, the successful applicant would be an integral part of the project team and would contribute to the successful delivery of the project through the following:
**Responsibilities and duties**
- Coordinate daily works onsite
- schedule resources and plan ahead
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Maintaining programs
- Recording daily costs
- Communicating with clients
- Ordering materials
- Leading a team of staff
- Supervising sub-contractors
- Maintaining quality and safety onsite.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience working on large civil infrastructure projects, particularly in the roads and rail sectors
- Knowledge and experience in earthworks and drainage
- Drivers licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Industry White card

**Advantageous but not essential**
- Bobcat & Excavator licence
- First aid certificate
- HR Truck Licence
- Sound previous experience in Landscaping or trade qualified.
