The Garden Philosophy is a well established company looking to expand its team. We focus on high end residential gardens, on Sydney's northern beaches, lower north shore area and eastern suburbs. We are passionate about delivering high quality maintenance. We are now seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Supervisor will be working alongside the team on-site, contributing to construction and installation tasks while overseeing project delivery

  • Participate in hands-on landscape construction tasks to support project delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Landscapers ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in landscape construction with a proven track record in project supervision.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Permanent residency in Australia, with an intention to reside in the country for at least two years.
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Relevant certifications in horticulture or landscape construction.
  • Experience in managing residential landscape projects
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
