As an O Landscape team member, you are accountable and responsible for contributing to the teams throughout New South Wales. Your key duties will include:

- Managing and supervising staff, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Managing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality paperwork and ensuring safety risks are mitigated by relevant

controls
- Managing multiple sites
- Co-ordinating daily and weekly work activities and setting internal targets for completion of specific work activities
- Mentoring young and inexperienced workers, and supporting them in their work to produce quality work
- Monitor performance against project KPIs and take corrective action as required
- Act as a trusted advisor by being highly consultative and collaborative

**The Requirements**

It is essential to be considered for this role that:

- Previous experience as a Landscape Tradesman / Foreman
- Are trade qualified, preferably in Civil or Landscape Construction
- Possess a current NSW drivers license
- Possess a current OHS White Card
- Provide references from previous employments
- Have the ability to read, interpret and implement plans as required by clients.
