We are seeking a motivated and experienced Exploration Geologist to join our team and play a key role in identifying and advancing new mineral opportunities.

**Role Overview**

As an Exploration Geologist, you will be integral to the discovery and evaluation of mineral resources. This role involves fieldwork, data analysis, and collaboration with contractors to ensure the success of our exploration programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on exploration findings.
- Plan and execute field-based exploration programs, including mapping, sampling, and drilling campaigns.
- Assist with drilling operations, ensuring data collection and logging are accurate and efficient.
- Database management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during field activities.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geosciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in exploration geology, preferably in the Australian mining sector.
- Proficiency in geological mapping, logging, and resource modelling software.
- Ability to work in remote and challenging environments, including extended fieldwork.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and a commitment to safety in all operations.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
