**ACRUX Search** are currently sourcing an experienced **Exploration Geologist** to join a team in a remote exploration and development environment, working a 2:1 FIFO Roster.

**Saturn Metals Limited** is a Western Australian gold exploration company who listed on the ASX in 2018. They own the highly prospective Apollo Hill Project comprising of over 1,000km2 in the heart of the Eastern Goldfields, with a 1,840,000oz gold resource that is in the development pathway to become a mining operation. The Company also has a Joint Venture Agreement on a 91km2 brownfields exploration project in the historic West Wyalong Gold Field in the well-endowed Lachlan Fold Belt in NSW.

The office is based in West Perth, and the core Apollo Hill Project is located approximately 50km SE of the gold mining and processing town of Leonora. West Wyalong is approximately 150km North of Wagga Wagga.

**Role**

The role will primarily be to provide geological analysis with the ultimate aim of adding value to the business, including exposure to mine development activities.

Reporting to the Senior Geologists, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Supervision of drilling contractors.
- Undertake campaign drill programs and other field activities on company projects.
- Acquire and interpret exploration data and provide input into the exploration program design.
- Actively contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the exploration team, and its relationship with all other external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Essential
- Tertiary qualification in Geoscience.
- Manual C Class Drivers licence.
- Basic experience with geographical information systems such as QGIS.
- Work cooperatively with others and a strong desire to develop individuals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and practical skills.

**Desirable**
- Basic experience with geographical modelling software such as Datamine/ Leapfrog.
