About the Role

Reporting to the Outbound Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for the assembly and production of complex mobility equipment, inventory integrity, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment located at Eastern Creek, NSW. You'll be a hands-on leader who drives performance and fosters collaboration, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Build and Service team to deliver exceptional results
  • Oversee complex rehab builds, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Coordinate workloads, rosters, and leave planning to maintain team efficiency
  • Manage stock integrity, cycle counts, and problem resolution
  • Maintain and monitor MHE (forklifts, high-reach equipment) for safe operations
  • Drive WHS and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and safety-focused team culture aligned with ILS values
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or technical build environment
  • Strong team management, coaching, and performance review experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, Jira)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, servicing, or technical builds
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Forklift/High Reach Licence
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent communication and a strong team player attitude
  • Physically fit and committed to safe work practices
