**The Company**:
Our client is a highly regarded
**Global Investment Firm **with a track record of high performance globally and an expanding presence in Australia. An exciting opportunity has just been created for an experienced Lending operations professional to join their Australian business with a focus on Capital Markets Lending.

**The Opportunity**:
Working as part of this
**high-performing business**, you will be supporting a small front office team locally, whilst being an essential part of the Global Operations team.
**You will help to establish the Operations function for the growing Australian business, acting as the the local specialist in this 'hands on', and diverse operations role.** Typical duties include:

- Ensure that all loan and other fixed income transactions and captured, recorded, documented and settled in a timely manner.
- Liaise on a daily basis with Loan Administrator to ensure that records are kept up to date in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with Australian trust provider to ensure timely settlement of cashflows and record keeping
- Take responsibility for each stage of the loan settlement process from trade capture to settlement
- Provide ad-hoc support to members of the front office team
- Liaise with loan counterparties to ensure that legal and KYC related issues are supported
- Ensure that all loan related cashflows are monitored and chased - and that accurate records are kept

**So who are you?...**
**experience** from Lending Operations gained from Corporate Finance, Private Credit Investing or Banking with a demonstrable understanding of the end to end processing of Corporate Loans. '

Importantly in addition to the above experience you will need to demonstrate your ability to
**multitask**, your willingness to work within a relatively unstructured environment and your ability to carry out end to end transactions whilst delivering a
**high level of service** whilst knowing when and where to push back
