**The Company**:
Our Client is a leading alternative Investment Management firm, specialising in Loan Debt Markets. They offer investment funds to retail and wholesale clients, covering commercial, retail, industrial and residential real estate developments.

**The Opportunity**:
Working in a small, friendly, and high performing team environment, you will receive diverse exposure across the entire lifecycle of the commercial loan process. As a pinnacle part of this team, you will:

- Support the business across loan operations for deals varying in size from $200,000 to $30 million
- Ensure borrower documentation is complete, compliant and correctly executed.
- Liaising with clients, investors and external stakeholders such as solicitors, valuers etc.
- Following the loan management end to end process / lifecycle
- Attending to clients' loan settlements, discharges, renewals and variations
- Adhering and embedding key policies and procedures
- Assisting other departments administration and reporting obligations
- Ad hoc responsibilities as required

**What are we looking for?**
Previous experience in
**lending operations / loan settlements**. Ideally you will have experience with commercial property deals, however we will also consider applicants from residential lending or broader asset finance / commercial lending looking for a greater challenge. In addition, you will have:

- The desire to work in a small team with broad and varied responsibilities.
- High attention to detail, ability to prioritise and multitask effectively, and ensure the meeting of deadlines
- Excellent relationship skills and ability to provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and high degree of numeracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
