We're now looking for a talented **Tender/Contract Presenter** to join our team based in Docklands.

The role of a* Tender/Contract Presenter *is crucial in our client’s journey. Your role is to guide them through the contract agreement process, ensuring both the client and Porter Davis expectations are aligned.

You will work closely with internal teams, including Estimating, Drafting and Operations, to ensure precision in all documentation relating to the client contract agreement.

**About the role**:

- Create an exceptional customer experience for clients through open and consistent communication
- Ensure clients are aware of, and understand, the details and costs relating to their home
- Facilitate client-facing appointments with confidence, providing an adequate level of detail and avoiding ambiguity
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Porter Davis offering, including specifications and the legal HIA contract, to guide clients in understanding their options and making informed decisions
- Present, and fully execute, Tender and Contract documentation with clients

**Who we're looking for**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- A background in a Client Liaison or Sales Consultant role in the residential industry (preferred but not essential)
- A pro-active approach to your work and be driven to achieve results
- An ability to build strong working relationships with your clients
- Excellent customer service skills, including a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to be an integral part of the sales process
- Highly organised, a strong communicator and possess good negotiation skills
