**In this role, you'll**:
Working as part of a newly created project team, you will manage the development and implementation for programs of work, while refining a strategic roadmap to continuously enhance the toll motorist experience across NSW.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all insights are effectively translated into actionable improvements and ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated.
This is a temporary position with a current end date of 20th June 2025. Your team is based out of 231 Elizabeth St, Sydney and collaborate from the office 2-3 times a week. You must be available to work from the office every Wednesdays and Thursdays at the minimum.

**About you**
You must have experience working in a similar role as a Program Manager with knowledge of Tolling operations and customer service standards including a familiarity with industry regulations, data privacy requirements and customer best practise.
You can manage various programs of work and have successfully led a project team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving.
