**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to deliver a great customer service experience.
- Manage the invoicing and return process and liaise with suppliers regarding back orders.
- Advise clients on products, promotions and services.
- Utilise your strong relationship building skills to develop and grow sustainable and authentic relationships in order to retain clients.
- Manage freight delivery times and communicate issues to clients.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for?**
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in a similar role.
- Ability to problem solve and critically think in order to resolve complex client enquiries and issues.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced highly changing environment and be driven to support clients in a multifaceted role.
- Experience in the tyre industry would be highly regarded.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
