Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Reviewer to visit retail outlets and report back on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.

This role involves posing as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a good memory, be reliable, have great communication skills, and access to the internet.

Availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability will impact the number of assignments offered.

Surveys can take between 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

Responsibilities
  • Visit retail outlets and report back on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.
  • Pose as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience, then complete a survey online about the experience.
  • Deliver quality feedback to clients based on your experiences.
