Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. You will be required to visit retail outlets, observe store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pose as a customer to make detailed observations about your experience
  • Complete a survey online about the experience

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a good memory, reliable, great communication skills, and access to the internet.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The number of assignments offered to you will depend on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
