**About The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced project sales professional to join our friendly and supportive team in Malaga. Reporting to the State Manager, this newly created position demands a strong client focus and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with our Technical Sales Team on each project to drive business within the commercial and project channels for the state.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Focus on HVAC project sales across Western Australia.
- Manage a regular call cycle with assigned customer accounts.
- Enhance results for existing accounts by implementing strategies for a greater share of project opportunities.
- Establish new accounts and develop strategies to increase project opportunities and win rates.
- Utilise tender websites to identify project opportunities and encourage customer participation.
- Present and promote new and existing products through engaging presentations to account holders.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales team to ensure project tenders meet customer requirements and MHIAA goals.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability in customer relationship management.
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in account management, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
- Extensive knowledge of sales processes, particularly in Project Sales.
- Familiarity with VRF air-conditioning systems (not essential but highly regarded).
- Trade qualifications (advantageous)
