Elastomers Australia is seeking a practical and hands on Account Manager to join our Sales team based in our Perth Branch. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Business Solutions, the role will be responsible for managing and providing a high level of service to our existing customer base, ensuring that all objectives planned by our Client and the Sales team are followed through. Providing technical assistance to our existing customers, innovation and market knowledge are all key focus areas of the position.

**Requirements**:
**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate discussions with clients for the development of their objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of their organisation’s resources
- Discuss with clients to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
- Develop and present plans to implement any recommended changes as required by our clients
- Ensure that clients receive the necessary assistance to carry out the scope of works on site
- Be the key conduit between the client and the branch supervisors to ensure all scope of works are carried out on site as required by the client
- 30% hands on servicing of screen panels or as required
- Liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant considerations to assist with site efficiency
- Contribute to a positive work environment that reflects the Core Values of Elastomers Australia.

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and other key stakeholders to build rapport and professional relationships
- Demonstrated skills of maintaining a professional level of service to the client
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to travel to client sites where required
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Driven nature with a high level of initiative
