**WHO WE ARE**:
PROMET is a national conveyor component and accessory specialist based in Malaga operating in the resource industry. We mobilise our teams to various sites throughout Australia to maintain, install, and service equipment.

As a trusted Australian conveyor component specialist, our team work closely with Australian mining and mineral processing sites to maximise the conveyor belt's efficiency and life.

**MISSION**:
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 3 years + experience in a sales role with a proven track record of quota achievement (ideally an inside focused role).
- Experience in a structured sales environment, with CRM Hubspot management and division of responsibilities.
- Proven track record developing business and long-term client relations
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with executive-level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies based on credibility, value, and trust

**WHAT REQUIREMENTS YOU WOULD NEED**:

- Highly organised and methodical
- Able to travel occasionally
- Understanding of typical mine site procurement/maintenance practices and personnel involved.
- Sales skills (sales process) - opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, effectiveness, efficiency
- Navigate effectively through the client’s buying process, able to extract key information, able to influence/use effective motivators to drive buying decisions, able to get to the client decision-maker / get the client to commit/close deals
- Sales skills (enablers) - strong CRM skills, strong understanding of sales process & tools, “student of the sales game”, will learn new sales skills / what experts do in own time, uses technology to maximise efficiency
- Communicator - strong presentation & communication skills, articulate concepts clearly, able to answer questions/objections effectively, thinks “on their feet”
- Focused / Manageable - able to work effectively autonomously, stay focused, achieve activity targets, take effective feedback/direction
- Resilient - able to keep focused / positive / energised despite knockbacks
- Competitive - high drive to succeed, takes winning personally, hard worker, go the extra mile

**NOTE**:
All potential employees will be required to pass police clearance screening, drug and alcohol testing and pre-employment medicals.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $126,228.09 per year
