**Neverfail Spring Water** is a great Australian success story and has been a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group for 20 years, servicing approximately 50,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got". Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future. Neverfail continues to lead the market in looking towards the future; this includes capital investment in systems and processes, simplifying and modernising our e-commerce platform for a better customer experience and becoming efficient and agile in the way that we service and deliver to our customers.
**About the Role**
As a Key Account Manager, you will proactively seek, identify, and convert new major centralised national and state account segment opportunities that step-change the financial metrics in a designated segment/s and review and optimise the profitability delivered in those segments. **Focusing on customers in the construction, mining and transport sectors, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Be accountable for the P&L in this segment, managing active customers and churn and be able to analyse opportunities to develop our business looking at volume, revenue and profit drivers
- Manage a new business pipelines and proactively seek, identify, and convert new major centralised national and state account segment opportunities through a superior understanding of the segment dynamics you are responsible for
- Manage existing national, state, trading chain portfolio and large operational accounts in this segment, and ensure all new and existing customers are contracted with beneficial commercial outcomes for Neverfail in the longer term
- Proactively develop and execute channel plans by identifying resources and investment needed, business enablers and measurements which enabled desired financial outcomes, with the ability to course correct as needed
- Demonstrate your ability to use revenue management disciplines to make informed decisions around portfolio pricing based pricing, mix management, capital and equipment investment integrated with customer marketing initiatives
**This role represents an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the CCEP group and can be performed anywhere in SA/WA with some interstate travel mainly to Vic & NSW required**
**About You**
To succeed in this Key Account Manager role, you will need excellent stakeholder management experience, developing channel strategy and business development programs with senior-level negotiation skills and outstanding commercial acumen skills. You will also require the following:
- Prior history of success in generating new business
- We are flexible on your prior industry experience however some B2B experience will be highly regarded
- Role would suit someone who enjoys the autonomy of a stand alone brand but is able to obtain leverage from the group brand and market position
- Self driven and motivated to achieve goals and targets
