**Join our Inventory and Supply Chain team as a Integrated Business Planning Manager**
Liebherr Australia is looking for an experienced leader to join our team. As our Integrated Business Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in aligning sales, operations and re-manufacturing routines to ensure smooth business operations, maximising efficiencies and profitability.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing wholistic operational plans that integrate demand, supply, and financial planning into a forward-thinking view based on input from sales, manufacturing, distribution, and finance teams.
- Review forecast demand versus actual demand to understanding and report on trends.
- Collaborate with scheduling and re-manufacturing on significant forecast or capacity changes and identifying improvement opportunities. - Drive continuous improvement of S&OP processes through measurement, control, and improved plan accuracy defined by data & metrics.
- Lead supply chain optimisation processes to mitigate costs and maximise service, developing capacity simulation processes to support growth.
- Co-ordinate, facilitate and document all processes and meetings associated with S&OP
