- Ensure all planning activities adhere to Alliance procedures and support high standards in time, cost, quality, and safety.
- Implement and maintain accurate planning and reporting tools, with a focus on earned value, schedule risk, and time-chainage analysis.
- Drive forward-looking planning reviews to identify issues early and guide corrective actions.
- Produce reliable forecasts and performance insights for M&E systems to support operational decision-making.
- Integrate M&E schedules with wider construction and civil works programs to support seamless project delivery.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 12+ years’ experience in construction planning, with a strong focus on M&E works.
- Proven ability to lead planning teams on complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and other planning and project controls software.
- Strong understanding of M&E construction methodologies, sequencing, and commissioning processes.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within alliance or major project delivery frameworks is desirable.
- Skilled in risk-based planning, earned value management, and 4D/BIM scheduling tools.
