**Your new role**

As the QA/QC Lead you will play a vital part in overseeing and implementing quality and control processes. Your duties will be,
- Giving leadership and advice to site management on safety requirements
- Maintenance of accurate training and assessment records for the Quality Management Systems
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for projects.
- Deliver document and version control of site safety and training materials
- Undertake all site audits for the Quality Management Systems
- Review risk and other site assessment
- Coach, mentor and train any and all staff
- Coordinate with project teams to establish quality objects and deliverables

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as a QA/QC lead in the mining industry
- Project background with heavy brownfields experience
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
