We've currently partnered with a well-known civil construction contractor who are looking for an experienced QA/QC.

**Your new role**

As the QA/QC you will join an experienced major projects team on an exciting project in the Pilbara. Your duties will include,
- Perform inspections/surveillance/audits and organise tests to ensure that all works are compliant with the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Check Sheets, Drawings, Plans and Specifications.
- Coordinate, prepare and implement project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Check Sheets, Witness Point notifications, Concession / Deviation Request (CDR), Non-conformance Reports (NCR), and other associated QA/QC documentation.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the QA/QC team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management plans, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors based on their quality and performance track record

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferable Civil or Mechanical
- Will suit someone with extensive experience in a similar role and exposure to multidisciplined projects.
- Experienced in all stages of construction project QA/QC including CVC processes and commissioning support.
- Proven experience with management of quality documentation and compilation of MDRs.
- Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge
