▷ 3 Days Left QA/QC Inspector

Overview

Due to our continued success within the Energy sector, Monadelphous is seeking multiple QA/QC Inspectors to join our Energy business unit. This role will provide quality support across welding, coatings and insulation scopes across various projects, ranging from Hook Up and Commissioning to ongoing maintenance.

- Casual hourly rate + site uplift

- 3:3 or 2:2 rosters available, depending on work scope

- Project allowance applicable to Hook Up projects only

- Onshore and offshore projects available

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical advice and assistance to the Project team on all quality related activities

- Assist project staff to select and tailor or develop specifications and instructions

- Implement project quality management system, quality plans and ITPs

- Perform relevant material inspections in accordance with governing standards and client specifications

- Register complaints received and non-conformances identified

- Liaise with client inspection representatives, undertaking routine surveillance

- Compile MDR and quality assurance records and ensure qualification records are maintained and client approved

What you’ll bring

- Welding inspection or supervisor’s qualification preferred (Minimum WTIA IWI, CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent)

- NACE 1, 2 or 3 certification

- iCorr certification

- Relevant QA/QC experience within the Australian Oil and Gas sector

- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to quality and their application to Monadelphous

- Full Australian work rights, with no restrictions

- Current FOET, CA-EBS, Escape Chute Training and MSIC (desirable)

- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
