Marketing Account Manager

This is a critical account team support role for an organised, proactive Account Coordinator with excellent project management skills and attention to detail. In this role you will work closely with a team of Senior Account Managers across a range of clients to help deliver integrated marketing campaigns and assist in executing one-off projects. You will need to have the ability to quickly pick up and build an intimate understanding of each client's core business drivers, and also develop strong working relationships with internal delivery service teams to ensure agreed client deliverables are met.

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Account Managers with the seamless rollout and execution of a range of marketing activities across the agency. You will work closely with the team to interpret client requirements and write clear, concise briefs for the service delivery teams.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day client account administration, including setting up of projects and estimates, project reconciliation, and ensuring project tasks are delivered on time and within budget.

More specifically, we are looking for an Account Manager who can:

- Disseminate client feedback clearly and concisely to the required service teams
- Take direction from the Account Managers and then executing the specific task
- Adhere to our internal workflow processes and systems
- Reconcile budgets and forecasts with approved estimates
- Manage tasks throughout the agency ensuring that they are consistent with the brief and delivered within agreed timeframes, utilising internal systems
- Monitor team schedules to ensure allocated tasks are briefed
- Schedule meetings, including calendar alignment across teams
- Ensure allocated tasks/ projects are ready to present to clients within agreed timeframes
- Support day-to-day administration tasks
- Proofreading documents and reports and assisting with proposal preparation
- Set up the boardroom for client meetings
- Answering the phone, fielding client communications, and triaging for the service teams
- Management of stationery and office supplies
- 1 or more years’ experience in an agency or client facing environment
- Demonstrated project management/time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and be process driven
- Demonstrated ability and drive to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A collaborative approach and ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to understand and overcome challenges for projects and propose effective solutions
- Strong communications skills (oral and written) and experience with MS Office
- Experience working in an agency workflow software (such as Accelo) would be ideal, but not mandatory
