**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, the Manager Organisational Culture and Wellbeing leads a small team in delivering on our diversity and inclusion, organisational culture, employee engagement, and wellbeing commitments. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and delivery of the organisation’s culture strategy to guide and shape RACQ towards its desired culture as defined by the organisation’s leadership team
- Drive a diverse and inclusive work culture and strategy that delivers best fit solutions for our diverse member and employee demographics
- Oversee the design and execution of employee engagement diagnostics, surveys, data analysis, reporting and action planning
- Oversee the development and implementation of RACQ’s Wellbeing Strategy to meet the business needs as we transform towards the future of work
**About you**:
- Degree qualified in organisational psychology, behavioural science or similar
- Influential leader with the ability to facilitate conversation designed to generate insights, influence and modify behaviours.
- Experience preferred in delivering diversity and inclusion programs is desirable not essential
