**Manager Organisational Transformation and Change**

We are seeking an organisational transformation, change management, and/or organisational development professional to play a critical role in the planning and support for our people with regards to the broader organisational transformation journey RACQ is embarking on, as we progress our strategic agenda towards the future of work. This is an exciting new opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the whole organisation as we reimagine the work we do, our ways of working (when, where, how), and our workforce of the future.

The key drivers of this work? To ensure we remain relevant for our members and exceed their expectations into the future, while also ensuring we continue to provide a unique and compelling value proposition for our people.

This role has a diverse remit where you’ll also provide leadership and governance for change management at RACQ, partnering closely with our project delivery team and business leaders, in addition to building enterprise change management capability where our people have the knowledge and skills to effectively lead themselves and others through change.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Understand future of work trends and the impact of changes in the internal and external environment to provide key insights and recommendations that support RACQ’s transformation to deliver on our 2030 vision
- Engage and partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure our people are brought on the journey as the organisation transforms to the future of work
- Partner with our project delivery team and business leaders to provide leadership and governance for change management, ensuring we have a common language and consistent approach to supporting our people through change - promoting our 1RACQ ethos and collaborative culture
- Build enterprise change management capability through management and promotion of information and resources on RACQ’s Change Hub and deliver a refreshed digitised approach for upskilling our people around change
- Support organisational-wide change and transformation activities through coaching, advice, and support, and seek opportunities to enable and empower our leaders in leading change with their people

**Desired Attributes, Skills & Experience**:

- Qualifications in organisational psychology, behavioural science, organisational development (OD), change management, or similar
- Demonstrated organisational transformational or OD experience in a complex multichannel organisation
- Strong relationship building, influencing, and coaching at senior levels to constructively challenge the status quo to enable leaders and employees to adopt new behaviours, mindsets and practices to achieve organisational objectives
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically and translate complexity to simplicity
- An out-of-the-box thinker with a creative flair who can conceptualise ideas and translate them into practical and sustainable business solutions
