We are currently looking for an administrative SUPERSTAR to join our small but mighty People & Culture team, based in Eight Mile Plains.
Reporting to the P&C Business Partner, you will also assist the P&C Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Partner when required. You will thrive on being considered a team player and an integral part of our squad
This is a **Brisbane-based **role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare and send Letters of Offer/Employment Agreements
- Maintain HR files and update systems with employee details
- Ensure employee documents have been signed, received and recorded
- Monitor employee probationary periods
- Be first point of contact for employee enquiries
- Assist with office events and ensuring the simPRO culture is promoted
- Take ownership of projects, completing with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in providing an **exceptional** new starter experience.

- An ability to handle high volume when necessary, you understand the importance of prioritising
- You're professional and savvy, but also like to have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously
- Superior customer service skills
- Initiative and resourcefulness in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions
- Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy in spelling, grammar, numeracy and punctuation
- Strong follow-up skills and proficient at juggling multiple tasks at a time
- Flexibility, adaptability and you thrive on change
- Prior hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday would be brilliant), but not essential. You’re also generally very tech savvy
- At least 1-2 years’ experience, with a Cert IV in HR or relevant experience in a HR Administration role.
