**Property Manager**

We are seeking an experienced property manager to join our dynamic team. The role is to be under the Senior Property Team Leader and above the Property Officers.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 180 properties
- Saturday inspections only once per month
- Conducting of entry, exit reports.
- Liaising with landlord and tenants
- Conducting Opens for Inspection and private appointments.
- Handling repairs and maintenance
- 6 monthly routine inspections including written report to landlord.
- Managing rental arrears
- Adhere to compliance and regulations.
- Regular rent reviews
- Lease renewals

**Skills and experience required for the role**:

- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Customer service focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation
- Experience with Property me, Inspection Manager & Eagle (preferred but not required)

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Project management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Concord West, NSW 2138 (required)
