We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Trust Account specialist to join the Property Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all trust money held for each client and each relevant transaction for that client can be accurately accounted for at all times. This is a great role for someone who is happy to take on a challenge and work in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Daily bank reconciliation/entering of rent for all states databases;
- Enter/process of all invoices,
- Issue copy of statements to clients when required;
- One off payments to owners when required;
- Run mid-month and end of month ;
- Change of account numbers when required;
- Tenant refunds;
- Prepare documentation for audits when required;
- Tracking and receipting of unknown payments
- Manage all processing for both Trust Accounts
- Managing all Trust Account needs for both Sales & Property Management including Mid Month / EOM.
- Daily bank reconciliations & admin assistance with Rent Reviews/Arrears
- Entering new tenancies/properties into property tree
- Back-up sales trust accounting

You MUST possess a minimum of 3 years' + experience in real estate property management/property management trust accounting and/or bookkeeping with knowledge of and experience with Property Tree, MYOB and Xero. A detailed knowledge of property management legislation is critical.

- Ability to work unsupervised in a challenge environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Trust accounting: 2 years (preferred)
