Assitant Property Stylist

Space Planning

• Assist project manager on inspection of property, measure all necessary sizes of space, taking photo / video of possible key styling spots.
• Assessing the layout of each room and strategically positioning furniture to optimize space and flow.

Furniture Selection

• Choosing furniture pieces that complement the property's style and size, considering color palettes to appeal to a wider audience.
• Selecting and placing artwork, throws, rugs, lighting, and other decorative items to add personality and visual interest.

Pre-execution Management

• Able to work closely with warehouse unit, stacking all selected items for logistic pick-up and return.
• Contact service vendors and building management for loading dock and lift booking etc.

On-site Execution

• Assist project manager locate all selected furnitures and arts to right spots and make sure a perfect presentation of property.
• Able to take quality photos / videos on completion for client-report purpose.

Project Refer

• Qualified candidates will be provided further training programme of styling business developing to your own networks.
• A commission base programme will be introduced to all qualified applicants.

Key Selection Criteria

• 6-12 months interior decorating/design experience is desirable.
• Have a confident sense of personal and interior styling.
• Physically fit and healthy and able to lift styling items.
• High motivated and adapt to quick change management.
• Good English speaking skill and able to write essential email.
• Strong self-motivation of contributing ideas and solutions.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
