**Job Description**:
**The role**
Are you a final year marketing student or recent graduate in a similar field? JET Charge is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team and contribute to our social media content efforts. You will work closely with our Digital Content Coordinator and broader team, assisting in the execution of social media strategies across our various platforms. You’ll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, crafting engaging content, and analysing performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to help establish an industry leading social media presence and help contribute to our company’s digital growth.

**Some of the main duties**
Content Development
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok in line with our content pillars.

Engage With Audiences
- Help monitor and engage with audience through comments, messages, and social media mentions.

Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Conduct research on social media trends, best practice, and industry benchmarks to inform content creation and strategy.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, and propose creative ways to incorporate them into our strategy.

Work with the team
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Coordinator to brainstorm and develop innovative social media campaigns.

Graphic Design
- Assist in developing visually appealing and compelling graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.

Track Platform Analytics
- Analyse social media data and provide insights and recommendations for optimising performance and increasing engagement.

Copywriting
- Utilise your writing prowess to captivate our audience with insightful blogs on EV charging.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrolment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for social media and a solid understanding of various platforms features.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Driven and self-motivated, with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, priorities assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
- Someone who will model our values and live our culture.
