**What you’ll do at HammerTech**
As our regional marketing all-rounder, you’ll play a lead role in our digital, PR, brand and content marketing and more for our Australia and New Zealand operations.
You’ll partner with the Global VP of Marketing to develop and execute a marketing plan to establish market leadership, increase acquisition, improve loyalty and empower our customers. You’ll balance execution with analysis to create sound, inspiring and data-backed marketing campaigns. Autonomously and collaboratively, you'll work with a style that emphasizes authenticity, transparency, and commitment to bettering the construction industry and the people who build our world.
In your day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with Brand and Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and industry partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to standardise campaign infrastructure, monitor inbound activity and track results. Analyse and communicate results across marketing and sales on a regular basis making recommendations to improve performance and propel growth
- Negotiate events sponsorship, create speaker presentations and prepare spokespeople as well as oversee Marketing Coordinator's efforts around tradeshow booth design and logistics
- Negotiate and execute on paid digital and print media placements across Australia and New Zealand
- Build key media relationships with local trade and national journalists that results in positive coverage for the business
- Oversee all social media channel performance and guide the social media coordinator to grow and increase engagement with target audiences
- Manage external relationships with vendors, including contract negotiation, activation/SWAG/F&B, mailer gifting in partnership with the Creative Director
- Proactively partner with our Business Development, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless brand experience for prospects and customers
- Opportunistically look out for insightful content from product, product analytics, customers and customer success to package content that positions HammerTech as an innovative leader in the market
**Skills/Experience**:
- Proven experience (at least 4 years) in B2B marketing
- Proven experience working in data-driven and modern marketing organizations
- CRM system experience - ideally Salesforce
- Pragmatic and a practical self-starter; an outcomes-oriented person who can juggle multiple workstreams, loves to problem-solve and can efficiently drive a collaborative process
- Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
- Good copywriting skills
- Entrepreneurial and creative
- Innovative and customer-centric
