**About us**
The role is a key operational position within the Judicial Commission of Victoria (the Commission). This Commission is an independent body established to investigate complaints about the conduct and capacity of judicial officers and non-judicial Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) members. The Commission receives administrative support from Court Services Victoria (CSV), a large public entity. The role will liaise and work with a range of CSV staff on a regular basis. CSV also provides administrative support to all of Victoria's courts and VCAT.
The role involves frequent liaison with senior managers and internal and external stakeholders, including CSV.
- Monitor & report on progress of assigned projects to ensure milestones are achieved in accordance with approved project plans. Undertake post implementation review and follow-up.
- Provide project management expertise to projects not directly led, as required. Support and contribute to other projects within the organisation, including in the legal and complaints team, advising on core project management principles and activities.
- Lead procurement and contract management functional processes include stakeholder engagements
- Represent and advocate for the Commission on broader CSV working groups and manage localised resulting actions from these groups.
- Review policies as required, provide feedback, and support localised implementations. Develop local policies.
