**Job Description**:
MKTG is an entity of global sports powerhouse dentsu Sports International and operates as the sports and entertainment specialist for dentsu ANZ, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.

As the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading MKTG’s client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and providing strategic leadership for fully integrated client solutions.

What your typical day will look like:

- Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic guidance to MKTG client account teams
- Implement and manage the key account planning framework internally to ensure clients receive a holistic MKTG account plan
- Lead and manage the client forecasting, contracting, ad-hoc negotiation, and services renewal process in conjunction with client directors
- Manage account resourcing to ensure client retainer needs are met, our talent is maximized, sustaining a positive commercial return
- Play an active role in building strong relationships with critical senior stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation internally and externally on client-related business and opportunities
- Actively participate and contribute to the MKTG business development framework, working with relevant peers across the business to identify and convert new business opportunities
