I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest diagnostic imaging network, with circa 4,500 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional and rural communities throughout Australia. We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.

Our IT team is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic first level IT Support Officer to join the team based in Sydney. The role is fixed term contract working full-time hours Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Reporting to the National Service Desk Manager, your role will be based on a busy, yet supportive inbound service desk, primarily answering calls from healthcare professionals. Technical and/or medical experience is beneficial but exceptional customer service and soft skills are key to excelling in this role.

- Responding to calls in a timely, professional and considerate manner
- Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating care and empathy
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, staff and managers

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Previous high-volume service desk experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills and experience using multiple programs simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Covid-19 Vaccination Policy
I-MED has a policy which requires all I-MED staff to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 unless they have a valid medical exemption, however each state may have applicable Public Health Orders with additional requirements, and this will be discussed during the interview process.
