**The Role**:
Level 3 Desktop Support
- Exclusively working with the Australian leader in commercial property management
- Level 3 Desktop Support position available in Sydney CBD near Wynyard station.
- Join an existing structured and well supported team for an initial 4-month engagement with view to extend/ convert to permanency.
- This is your chance to join an industry leader with state-of-the-art offices that feature food and coffee catering as well as complimentary snacks, modern workplace seating arrangements and Microsoft technology training and certifications.
- School holiday child engagement activities for children under 12 offered.

**Position requirements**:

- 4+ years of IT industry experience
- Experience with Service Now
- Microsoft Windows experience mandatory
- Experience with active directory required.
- Proven working exposure to ITIL environment.
- Onsite 5 days a week in Sydney office

**About You**:

- High energy level
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrating initiative and proactive mindset about work duties
- Team player
- Ability to individually contribute within the team.
- Australian PR or Australian citizenship required (long term temp visa residents considered)
- IT degree and/or certifications
