**In this role you will**:
Assist the Manager, Procurement Services & Delivery in the delivery of relevant timely and accurate advice on matters relating to procurement to operational areas.
Maintain Procurement registers including the collection and reporting of data from internal and external resources and coordination of procurement related data consolidation.
Assist in developing procedures and systems for the department that continually improve the efficiency of the planning, implementation and management of supply arrangements and contracts.
Undertake financial processing for account management and processes for requisitioning and ordering of bulk materials on behalf of the department.
Exercise procurement governance for process undertaken with the department has been in accordance with the procedures and the Queensland Procurement Policy.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
