Talent International is searching for multiple experienced **Procurement Officers** to join a national insurance agency. These roles are based in **Brisbane CBD** on a 12-month contract.

**About the roles**:
APS4 Procurement Officer
- Undertaking research and analysis activities and drafting initial documentation to support simple to complex procurements.
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement team.
- Initiating drafting of procurement related documentation.
- Entering, extracting and manipulating data to enable accurate Agency reporting.
- Contributing to team planning activities and identifying opportunities for improvements.

APS5 Procurement Officer
- Providing level administrative support to the Procurement team, managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Providing procurement advice and support to the broader Agency.
- Delivering support and advice in relation to compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Guidelines, client Procurement Policy and procedures.
- Assisting with tracking value for money based outcomes and preparing reports against KPIs.
- Preparing a range of procurement related documentation.
- Entering, extracting and manipulating data to enable accurate Agency reporting.
- Contributing to team and branch planning activities including identifying opportunities for improvements.

APS6 Procurement Reporting
- Leading a small team including maintaining the integrity and quality of corporate data (from third party systems or within client systems).
- Maintaining reporting/data management tools and systems.
- Working collaboratively to develop a suitable solution to complex issues based on available data.
- Designing and delivering training and support materials to internal clients.
- Acting as a central point of contact to resolve systems issues between the Agency and third parties.
- Providing content, advice and support for regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
- Developing a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
- Providing support to compliance reporting and ensuring procurement activities are conducted in line with legislative requirements, the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and the Procurement Policy to deliver value for money outcomes.
