**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines
- Lead a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure that data migration is completed accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data mapping requirements, data cleansing needs, and other data-related activities
- Develop data migration testing plans and work with testing teams to ensure that data migration is thoroughly tested and validated
- Ensure that data migration is completed within the defined budget and timeline, and that project risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including migration plans, data mapping documents, and test plans

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data migration, including experience leading data migration projects
- Experience with ETL tools, data mapping, data validation, and data cleansing
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Government experience preferred
