We are an Education and Migration Consultancy Agency, based in Brisbane that has considerable experience, expertise, and a willingness to meet all visa and migration needs.

Whether it's assistance from student education consultants or Migration Consultants, we provide our clients with specialized professional advice to help them confidently start their Migration process.

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
As a Migration Team Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of a migration team. The role is both challenging and rewarding since you will manage demanding workloads and competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service and professional integrity.

**DUTIES OF POSITION**:
Under direct supervision of the Operations Manager:
1.Managing a team of migration agents and the processing team.

3.Conduct business development meetings with a consultative approach to complete the sale and lock in the client.

4.Manage and drive the team toachieve company targets.

5.Complete case management with regular updates to clients

6.Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), Skill Assessing Authorities, and all other relevant authorities to monitor progress and seek further information regarding the case.

7.Propose, seek approval, and implement strategies favoring overall company growth.

8.Business acumen with an operational mindset would be the backbone of the role.

9.Reporting to the Operations Manager is required on a day-to-day basis.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Must have a MARA license.
- Ability to use initiative and think outside the box.
- A second language is highly advantageous
- Experience in using Migration Manager software (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-developed legal research/analytical and statutory interpretation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
