**About the role**:
Reporting to the Parts & Service Support Supervisor, you will be part of the parts interpretation team. You will be responsible for the active parts support for external and internal customers, as well sale of spare parts to the market. This includes identification of parts and part numbers, preparation of official quotes and following up to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.

This role is for someone that has a passion for spare parts and wants to take the next step in their career by joining a global market leader with real potential for career progression.

**Core tasks:

- **
- Customer care & requirements
- Technician parts support
- Spare parts interpreting (incl. information about price & availability)
- Quote creation including parts for Technicians, SSR, Dispatcher & Service Manager (incl. the monitoring and sale for customer)
- Ensure that the ERP is updated and policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are followed

**Your key attributes**:
To be successful in the position you will be highly organised, methodical and have an eye for detail. You will have sound knowledge and skilled use of the main professional methods, processes and regulations in the respective field of work, focusing on laws and regulations or administrational topics.

Along with previous experience within a Sales and/ or After Sales or Service environment you will bring the skills and knowledge in spare parts interpretation and after sales product knowledge.
