**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Return to Work and Payroll Coordinator role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a Return to Work and Payroll Coordinator at Pillow Talk, you will be instrumental in supporting activities that contribute to a positive recovery at work and safety culture throughout the business, along with providing efficient and accurate support with the weekly payroll processing. This role involves a dynamic schedule with 3 days focused on return-to-work tasks and 2 days dedicated to payroll support.
A bit about you...
- Return-to-Work Coordinator Certification and previous experience in a Return-to-Work Coordinator role
- Experience working within the injury and illness jurisdictions across each state
- Proven ability to manage, interpret and draw insight from medical information and reports
- Demonstrated experience contributing to a positive safety culture with a RTW ethos that is focused on the support and wellbeing of the employee
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the use and interpretation of payroll and time and attendance systems (Dayforce would be advantageous)
- An understanding of and experience executing end-to-end payroll processes including regulatory and legislative requirements
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and superb written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships internally and externally
- Highly organised with a focus on productivity and getting the job done
